2026 Annual Membership Meeting

The League of Women Voters of Whidbey Island holds its annual membership meeting in June of each year to elect the Board of Directors, adopt a budget, and conduct any other necessary business.
In addition to the business meeting, we try to offer a program that will be of interest to our members -- a guest speaker, a presentation on an important public issue, etc. In 2026, our program featureed Island County Auditor Sheilah Crider, who spoke about voting rights, election security, and proposed changes to state and national election laws.
The annual meeting is for current LWV Whidbey Island members only.
